Howling, barking, crying or whining will be enforced up to $250 fine

Town of Alma/Allentown Residents,
Due to numerous complaints to the Dog Control Officer all residents are hereby notified:
It is a violation of Town of Alma Local Law for a dog to:
Engage in habitual and loud howling, barking, crying or whining as to unreasonably and habitually disturb any person. (1)
Also
Crat a nuisance by defecating, urinating or digging on public or private property without the consent of property owner. (2)
Please make sure that your dogs barking is under control.
Also if you walk your dog (especially on the playground) you need to clean up all waste left by your dog.
Reminder: Please be sure to license your dog with the Town Clerk. (3)
DCO will start to issue tickets to dog owners who violate laws.
