This week, our associate spotlight shines on Michelle Armstrong, Nutrition Aide III in our Dietary Department. Michelle is a veteran of Jones for the past 24 years!

“Working with Michelle for over 23 years has been great; she is very patient focused. Her position revolves around meeting with patients on a daily basis while obtaining their individual food orders based on their prescribed diet. She has a knack for talking with patients & uplifting their spirits through her genuine nature & compassion with each interaction. Over the past couple of years, Michelle has taken initiative to create goodie bags with treats, decorations, fun facts & coloring pages for each holiday to bring a little joy!”
What is your favorite part of working at Jones Memorial?
Michelle: Working with the patients & hearing the stories of their lives, I love to do special projects or gifts for patients for the holidays!
What inspired you to pursue working in healthcare? What are you most proud of?
Michelle- The enjoyment I get from helping people / My Family

Michelle-Treat others the way you want to be treated & stay humble

Michelle- Spending time with my grandkids, also doing the crafts for the patients for the holidays
