The Pot Spot Canaseraga Soup & Coffee Co. LLC is proud to announce the upcoming opening of its second Pot Spot location, launching in July 2025 inside the Creative Arts Center in Wellsville, NY. Founded by Josie Kozlowski and Jason Milburn, The Canaseraga Soup & Coffee Co. LLC is home to The Pot Spot—a culinary venture rooted in community, creativity, and high-quality food service. With a passion for a  customer-first experience, their staff brings a unique and heartfelt approach to every meal.

This new venture, officially titled “The Creative Arts Soup and Coffee Company”, will build on the company’s commitment to serving handcrafted, wholesome meals made with love, integrity, and real ingredients. These new operators have over 50 years of combined professional food service experience and will bring their culinary passion and creativity to every plate in their new community of Wellsville.

“We are so excited to share this next step in our journey,” says Kozlowski. “This isn’t just a job—it’s our life’s work. We pour our heart and soul into everything we serve.”

Kozlowski, known for her deep roots in food service leadership and her gift for creating nostalgic, from-scratch dishes, teams up with Executive Chef Milburn, a Philadelphia native celebrated for his fine dining expertise and dynamic teaching style. Together, they’ve created The Pot Spot—a destination where fresh, locally sourced ingredients meet culinary craftsmanship.

At the new Wellsville location, guests can expect creative wholesome food, expanded catering services, interactive cooking classes, focus on Vegan, Vegetarian & gluten-sensitive menus and the same warmth and quality that built their reputation.

“Opening a second location means we get to introduce our made-from-scratch food and customizable menu options to more people,” adds Milburn. “We’re all about creating experiences, honoring food traditions, and having a blast doing it.”

Certified in food safety and allergen training, Josie and Jason ensure that every guest’s dining preference and dietary needs are respected and celebrated. Their mission is simple: serve great food, made fresh, with care and craftsmanship.

“I can’t express my excitement for both Josie and Jason and their new venture. They are wonderful people with lots of experience and big ideas. They will bring to Wellsville community and the Art Center Café their passion and artistic flare… which is what the art center is all about” said Andy Glanzman, Founder of the Wellsville Creative Arts Center.
