All arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 41 of Wellsville, and a female, age 24 of Wellsville, following an incident that took place on Maple Avenue in the Village. He was charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment 2nd, while she was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The pair were processed, issued appearance tickets and released. Both are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm. Wellsville Police were assisted at the scene by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 35 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Mischief 4th. The charge stems from an incident that took place on O’Connor Street in the Village. She was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson and released. The accused is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 30 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at Park Plaza Liquors. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 27 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny and Trespass. The charges stem from an incident that took place on West State Street in December of 2020. He was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 15th at 4:30 pm.
