Judy Ann CARLIN, 63, of Wellsville, NY, died Sunday, November 1, 2026, in her home.
Born December 6, 1962, in Olean, she was the daughter of Isaac E. and Gerladine A. Lananger Cook. On July 9, 1983, in Willing, she married Timothy J. Carlin, who survives.
A graduate of Bolivar High School, she was employed by Giant Food Mart, Park Plaza Liquors, Highland Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, and Walgreens. Judy was an awesome individual and will be missed by many.
Surviving in addition to her husband, Tim, are: two children, Matthiew (Jennifer) Carlin of Olean and Samantha Carlin of Wellsville; a brother, Isaac Cook, Jr. of VA; two sisters, Linda Simpson of Iowa and Beth Cook of VA; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents. A gathering to celebrate Judy’s life will be held on a later date.
