MDMHS invites you to explore the eerie side of our village’s past. From unexplained stories to long‑whispered legends, we’ll walk the streets and share tales rooted in local lore and history.
Your registration helps the Marjorie Dieter Mastin Historical Society preserve and restore the 160‑year‑old Trinity Episcopal Church and safeguard records, photos, and stories for future generations. Join us to experience spooky history after dark—and help protect it for years to come.
This is a walking tour, rain or shine. Prepare for darkness! We will be walking up and down hills, and over some uneven terrain. The tours will be 10/24 starting at 5pm, 6pm or 7pm, and each tour is planned to last for 1 hour.
We will be offering warm beverages, water and light snacks at the meeting place. We also will have a basket raffle, and you can opt to have a tarot card reading for a small donation!
This tour will include local legends, tales of deaths, hauntings, and local myths.
