Steuben County Public Health Launches Measles Case Dashboard

New tool allows the public to view up-to-date measles information

Steuben County Public Health is pleased to announce the launch of the Steuben County Measles Case Dashboard, a new online tool designed to provide the public with timely and accessible information on new and total case numbers of measles in the county. This initiative reflects the department’s commitment to transparency and disease prevention strategies to address the measles outbreak.

The dashboard is located on the Steuben County Public Health website. The dashboard will be updated every afternoon if there are new cases added.

 “Risk of illness to the general population remains low. We created this dashboard to increase information accessibility and transparency. We hope to empower our community to continue supporting prevention strategies,” said Kat Potter, Public Health Interim Director.  

Residents are encouraged to use the dashboard to stay informed about case numbers, find education on measles and prevention practices.
