Parker, Acting Justice, Supreme Court on May 12, 2026 (the “Judgment”) and entered in the office of the Allegany County Clerk on May 26, 2026, the undersigned referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction, to the highest bidder, at the Allegany County Courthouse, 7 Court Street, Belmont, New York 14810 on July 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., the premises described in Schedule “A” attached hereto. The amount due to the plaintiff as fixed in the Judgment is $106,259.50 together with, as applicable, accruing interest, fees, costs, attorneys’ fees, expenses, advances, and other amounts as specified in the Judgment.
