The Maxx Yehl Baseball Camp returns to Olean for one day on July 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the high school baseball and softball field on 401 Wayne St. in Olean.
Yehl, a Portville native, recently earned Division I First Team All-American status at West Virginia University after helping his team to the College World Series Final Four in Omaha. Yehl is undecided on his future plans, but he did attend the Major League Baseball combine in Arizona.

“I’m excited to be back with an opportunity to work with young kids and teenagers on the fundamentals of not only pitching, but all aspects of baseball,” Yehl said. “This camp means a lot to me. We have set it up to teach skills and have fun. The success of the last camp is the reason we brought this back.”
The camp is limited to 100 boys and girls, ages 7 to 15. Each camper will receive an exclusive shirt, autographed item created by world-famous local artist Eric Jones, lunch and a photo opportunity at the end.
