Randa Harrington won her seat on the BCS Board of Education term set to expire 6/30/2031.   With 98 votes.

Rosanna Wilson won the expired seat of Patricia Preston on the Belfast Public Library Board of Trustees; term to expire 6/30/2031 With 84 votes.

l . Proposition l : 2026-2027 Budget, failed 144-278

RESOLVED, that the budget Of the Cuba-Rushford Central School District (the “District”) for the fiscal year commencing July I 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, as presented by the Board Of Education in the total amount of $26,935,274, is hereby approved and adopted and the required funds therefore are hereby appropriated and the necessary real properw taxes required shall be raised by a tax on the taxable property in the District to be levied and collected as required by law.

2. Proposition Bus Purchase, passed 229-190

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education ofthe Cuba-Rushford Central School District, Allegany County, New York (the “District”) be, and it hereby is, authorized to purchase two (2) school buses and one (l ) school van at a maximum estimated cost of $466,744 for use in the transponation program of the District.

3. Proposition 3: Cuba Circulating Library. passed 276-142

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Cuba-Rushford Central School District is hereby authorized to levy and collect taxes annually, separate. and apart from the school district budget, in the amount Of $302,884 for the Cuba Circulating Library to provide public library services and deliver such funds to the library’s Board of Trustees.

4, Proposition 4: Rushford Free Library passed 306-115

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Cuba-Rushford Central School District is hereby authorized to levy and collect taxes annually, separate, and apart from the school district budget, in the amount of $90,588 for the Rushford Free Library to provide public library services and deliver such funds to the library’s Board of Trustees.
