From the First Burying Ground Committee,
The First Burying Ground cemetery on Brooks Avenue in Rushford is holding a work day on Saturday May 16th from 10AM – 2PM to prepare for the Memorial Day opening. There is a “rain date” of Saturday May 23rd. Bring your shovels, wheelbarrows, chain saws, etc. as there is plenty to do.
There is soil available to fill in ruts and holes. Bring a sack lunch and drinks.
