NYS Sheriff’s Association presented plaques to Sheriff Cicirello and team

From the ACSO,

Sheriff Scott A. Cicirello proudly accepted plaques recognizing the Accreditation of the Allegany County E‑911 Dispatch Center and the Reaccreditation of the Allegany County Corrections Division during the March 25th meeting of the Allegany County Board of Legislators.

The plaques were presented by Peter Kehoe, Executive Director of the New York State Sheriffs’ Association, and reflect the continued commitment of Allegany County’s public safety professionals to the highest standards of excellence, accountability, and service.

In addition, the Allegany County Board of Legislators officially proclaimed April 12th–18th as Public Safety Telecommunicator Week in Allegany County, recognizing the vital, often unseen work performed by 911 dispatchers who serve as the critical first link between the public and emergency responders.

These acknowledgments collectively highlight the dedication and professionalism of the men and women who protect and serve our community every day, whether answering the first call for help, working within our correctional facilities, or ensuring emergency services operate at the highest level.
