The evening begins with irresistible starters, including housemade lobster rangoon paired with sweet chili sauce, a rich spinach artichoke dip, and a beautifully arranged charcuterie board perfect for sharing. From there, guests can savor comforting classics and elevated favorites in the soup and salad course—think a timeless Caesar, a roasted beet salad with goat cheese, candied pecans, and dried cherries over baby greens, or a deeply satisfying French onion soup au gratin.
The entrée selections truly set the tone for a memorable celebration. Options include a tender grilled filet over whipped mashed potatoes with peppercorn-cognac cream and roasted broccolini, a bold gorgonzola-crusted ribeye served alongside mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, or luxurious tagliatelle pasta tossed in truffle cream sauce, customizable with pan-seared scallops, tenderloin medallions, or roasted vegetables. Seafood lovers will delight in the garlic parmesan–crusted salmon served over pesto risotto with sautéed spinach.
For an extra touch of decadence, guests can add butter-poached lobster or jumbo shrimp to any dish.
