Free community concert starts at 7:30pm in the Hornell High School Aud

Your Hornell Area Wind Ensemble is performing another fabulous Christmas Holiday concert at the Hornell High School Auditorium on Saturday, December 13 at 7:30 PM. Co-directed by Mr. Ed Belin and Mr. Chris Lynn, many of your holiday favorite tunes will be performed. Coventry Carol, A Christmas Festival, White Christmas, and of course everyone’s favorite, Sleigh Ride will be a part of the repertoire!
Joining the Wind Ensemble again this year will be their special guest, the Orpheus Chorale, directed by Mr. Mark Smith! The ensemble and Orpheus will also include George Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus. Those in the singing mood will have a chance to join in this festive and traditional piece glorifying the “reason for the season!”
Celebrating their 40th year of performing, the 70 plus member Wind Ensemble looks forward to your attendance. As always, all concerts are free of charge and guaranteed to send you home with your spirits bright and songs in your heart!
