The Cameron family will resume operating the popular gift shop

The Canacadea Country Store in Alfred Station is having a Grand Opening this coming Thursday, Oct 9. The store has been closed since Don Cameron passed away two years ago, and now his wife, Sandy Cameron, has reopened the shop.

The store’s hours are 11-4 on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays located at 599 State Rte 244, Alfred Station, NY

Founded by Don Cameron, the store has been a popular shopping destination for folks from the Alfred area, Hornell, Wellsville, and beyond for decades. Sadly Don’s passing put a pause on operations but his partner and wife Sandy is ready to revive the magic and experience of an authentic country store.
