On Sunday, February 9th, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, the Alfred Farmers Market will hold an indoor market at the Union University Church Center located on Church Street in Alfred.

It is a wonderful time to shop for Valentine’s Day and to stock up on meat, produce, baked goods, honey, wine, soaps, and ferments from your local farmers and artisans. The following vendors will be participating in Sunday’s market:  Cooks Clothing and Accessories, Creative Octagon, Designs by ScaryAnn, Homestead On the Hill, Katelynn’s Krafts and Sajeans Creative Outlet,  Art by Maria Graziano, Living Acres Farm, Living Cultures Farm, Mascho Homestead Farms, Noble Library, Pinnacle Pottery, Ramsey Fresh Foods, West Hollow Homestead, Whisper Hill Farms, and Windey Shepherds.

Dried flower art from Living Acres Farm will be on sale!

Come meet your farmers and local artisans. Make sure you stop by the table on the way in and say hi to the new Market Manager, Patrick.  He will be able to answer questions and assist with SNAP.  The Alfred Market is a growers and makers market only.  Everything sold is grown or made by the folks vending.
