Thanks to funding from the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Program, created to bring Veterans together, a FREE breakfast at the Personal Blend coffee shop in Belmont is planned for this Saturday January 11. Veterans may come to The Perfect Blend between 9:30 am and 11 am and enjoy a free breakfast and the company of fellow Veterans. Please register for this event here.
Another event for the local Veteran community, and hockey fans, is set for Sunday, February 2. Bring a friend to see the Buffalo Sabres take on the New Jersey Devils at Keybank Center. Transportation maybe available with enough participation so spread the word and register here today!
The PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer Support Program brings United States Armed Forces Veterans, service members, and their families together through free programs. Veteran centered peer-to-peer collaborative services, social activities, and community service.
This program is facilitated through a collaborative team from the Administrator’s Office, Community Services, Treasurer’s Office, Personnel Office and Veterans Service Agency.
