Giant Food Mart at the heart of the village is fully equipped for such events and plans to be ready to serve the village beginning at 7am. Luckily temperatures will be well above freezing but still a chilly high of 51F might make the warming center located at all Wellsville Fire Department on Main Street a nice place to visit. Grab a deck of cards, some snacks, and take advantage of the heat, charge up the phones, and make the best of it.
