Our office was recently made aware of an error with the ballots issued from our printer, where the 2nd page of your ballot was omitted.
A new ballot packet has been sent to you, and you likely already have it. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please disregard the first ballot you received and use the one from the second packet.
To clarify, even if both ballots are returned, only the reissued ballot will be counted. We follow very strict protocols to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office at 585-268-9294 or 585-268-9295, Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
