If you haven’t heard about Hollerhorn then you are missing a Finger Lakes region legend in the making.
The new addition to Naples was a true grand opening: A distillery, a great restaurant, and a music venue suddenly changed the “scene” on the south end of Canandaguia Lake. Built from scratch and overlooking downtown Naples, it was a great space with great energy.
But it burned to the ground one sad day in May of 2022. The Hollerhorn team and the Naples community were devastated and shocked about the rapid change in fortunes.
True to the legend of the Phoenix rising from it’s own ashes, Hollerhorn started to return and rebuild almost immediately. The community rallied, the industry supported them, and the marketplace encouraged a resurrection. By October 2023 the newly constructed and reborn Hollerhorn held a ribbon cutting. To everyones amazement, the Hollerhorn community rebuilt and returned with an even better vibe, venue, and menu!! When they reopened in the fall of 2023, they hadn’t just returned to form, they were reborn into something new, something even better than before. The new structure is impressive, the musical performances seem more robust, and the food just got better.
The return and rebirth continues with this all new fall menu. The Hollerhorn team have a menu that is really hard to describe so here is how they describe the new offerings:
“This week is the launch of our new menu, and we are all excited to share it with you! With the cooler temps, and changing of the seasons we are easing into more elevated comfort foods, and pairing those with fun new cocktails that share common threads. We want this menu to reflect the creative collaboration that exists here too to bottom, and we want it to take you somewhere new, but subtly familiar. This menu also continues to celebrate local produce from @schenkhomesteadfarm who produce the most delicious greens and veggies around, and be sure to try @row7seeds Gar-leeks featured in the best Quiche Lorraine you will ever eat on the Sunday Brunch menu!”
