Updated resources for impacted residents and list of road closures

Steuben County encourages residents with damages in need of assistance to utilize the following resources:

  • Call the 211 Helpline by dialing 2-1-1 and provide their address, contact information and type of damages. Individuals will be connected with the appropriate community service organization that can assess with their needs.
  • In addition to 211, if able, residents should also complete the Damage Self Report Tool hosted by the New York State Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services at the following link: https://arcg.is/0ybK4H0.

Utilizing both of these resources will allow the County and its partners to more quickly assess the needs, while also documenting damage.
