OLEAN N.Y., July 16, 2024 – The United Way of Cattaraugus & Allegany Counties has opened applications for its Bill & Cathy Fraser Grant Program, available to agencies in Cattaraugus County.
Bill and Cathy Fraser were wonderful, longtime supporters of the United Way of Cattaraugus County. Mr. Fraser served for many years as a member of the Board and Allocations Committee, while Mrs. Fraser once was a vital member of the United Way staff.
In 2020, the United Way created a memorial grant program as a way to remember them.
Grants are available for programs in Cattaraugus County in amounts of $1,000 or less.
To qualify for these grants, organizations can be 501(c)(3) organizations, schools, faith-based organizations, or emergency services.
