Jones Memorial Hospital Welcomes New Pediatric Provider

 Dr. Yoogeong Oh joined JMH this week and will begin seeing patients March 25

From Jones Memorial Hospital,

 Jones Memorial Hospital is excited to welcome Yoogeong Oh, MD to the Women’s & Children’s Health Services department in the Jones Memorial Medical Village. Dr. Oh will be working in the pediatrics unit.

Dr. Oh received her medical degree from the Seoul National University – College of Medicine. From there, Dr. Oh moved to the US and did her residency in Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Hospital Center (TBHC).

Dr. Oh has been recognized for her research through the Overseas Medical Research Scholarship, funded by the Seoul National University College of Medicine. She has led discussions on congenital hypothyroidism, neonatal sepsis and asphyxia secondary to thick meconium aspiration. Her professional associations include the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Korean Medical Association.

“We are excited to welcome Dr. Oh and add her expertise and talents to our incredible pediatric team. She will be a huge asset to this community,” stated Carrie Walker, VP of Practice Management.
