Nick Pascuzzi, Designer, historian to speak at the Eldred WWII Museum January 27

Eldred, PA – Art Director at the Carnegie Museum, and former Curator of the Eldred WWII Museum, Nick Pascuzzi, will speak at the Museum this Saturday, International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

Pascuzzi, will speak on January 27, 2024 at 2:00pm in the Museum’s Mitchell Paige Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Pascuzzi’s speech is titled “Mapping the Final Solution,” a title referring to the map he researched, created and illustrated for the Eldred WWII Museum’s Holocaust room. He will discuss the maps creation as well as the hidden (and not so hidden) stories it tells.

Nick Pascuzzi  grew up in nearby Clarendon, PA (Warren County).  Armed with an intense passion for WWII history, Nick graduated from Pitt Bradford and began his professional career as a Curator of the Eldred WWII Museum (2004-2008). He relocated to Pittsburgh in 2008 to pursue a career in graphic design with the goal of applying that knowledge to museums and other historical entities. After graduating from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and spending over a dozen years in the design industry, he is now using his experience and talents to develop exciting new exhibitions at CMNH.
