One of the Maple City’s top bartenders is on the national stage and could win $10,000 ! The popular service industry contest, “Bar Boss,” is currently underway and Devin Congdon is a top contestant.
Devin is known as an expert bartender who not just provides great service, but is skilled at the nearly lost art of hospitality!! A few of the tricks of her trade explained by Devin:
“I am personable with many regulars. I know exactly how to keep my loyal customers coming back & how to catch the eye of new customers!”

What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?
Devin: All of the titles it comes with! A friend, therapist, boss, coworker, and teacher. I love leaning into all of these roles.
If you could have only 3 ingredients at your bar, what would they be?
Devin: Vermouth, simple syrup and fresh fruit
What would you do with the $10,000?
Devin: I would give back to my community in any way possible for the support! 🫶🏼”
