N’dulge Bakery, Serving the Alfred Area with Yummy Treats

Full service bakery will be a breakfast hotspot in college town

“N’dulge” Bakery located at 3 Church Street in Alfred opened on November 21st and serves wonderful goodies to the Alfred area.  Owner and Baker, Nicole Foster, graduated from LeNotre Culinary Institute in Houston Texas, and did an internship in France.  Her expertise is evident in the list of goodies that she provides. 

“N’dulge” is open Monday through Saturday.  They serve Finger Lakes Coffee, tea, and homemade hot chocolate with ganache.  Nicole offers breakfast pizza, scones, quiche, and cinnamon rolls daily.  She changes up the flavors to give her clientele variety. She offers cakes, specializing in cheesecake; pies, cookies, bars, and cannolis.  Nicole tries to offer multiple gluten-free items each day, and welcomes special orders

She has been offering giveaways through her 12 Days of Christmas program that runs through December 22nd.  If you make a purchase, you can enter and a name is drawn each day.  Nicole has Gift Certificates available if you are looking for a special stocking stuffer or gift.  

Nicole is planning to offer a variety of homemade breads and croissants. She features local artists’ work too!

Stop by N’dulge and sample the wonderful baked goods. You won’t be disappointed.
