Tracy Lynn Harvey, 53, of 104 South St. passed away Friday, October 27, 2023 at her home, following a lengthy illness. Born March 17, 1970 in Olean, NY, she was the daughter of John Topor and Susan Seth Topor.
Tracy had grown up in Portville and attended Portville Central school, receiving her GED from there. She was married to Roger Buchanan and later married Terry Harvey. Moving to Trinity, North Carolina, she was manager of a Hallmark store for a period of time. In 2012 she moved back to NY State.
Tracey loved her family and spending time with them. Very much enjoyed family gatherings.
