Art for the Arc Silent Auction set for October 21 in Hammondsport

The Arc of Steuben Foundation Announces Annual Art for the Arc Fundraiser, Showcasing Local Artists and Businesses

BATH, NY – The Arc of Steuben Foundation is hosting their 6th annual Art for the Arc: Silent Auction at the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport on Saturday, October 21st from 6 to 9 p.m. The event is sponsored by Chemung Canal Trust Company. The auction will feature more than 30 items by local artists and businesses.

Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased on The Arc of Steuben Foundation website (www.arcofsteubenfoundation.org) or by emailing myriah.perry@thearcas.org. Tickets include tastings from local breweries, wineries, and distilleries; hors d’oeuvres by Corning Catering Inc.; wine pull; and music. The Elias Hubb, Honor Grace, and Joan McNamara Awards will also be presented to this year’s award recipients live at the event.

The fundraiser will directly benefit The Arc of Steuben Foundation. The Arc of Steuben Foundation was created in 1997 to raise funds to support services to people with disabilities and their families. The Foundation funds grants to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and programs for needs not funded by other sources.
