This year, the David A. Howe Public Library will be combining two great events

From the David A. Howe Library,

Our Annual Fall Fest will also be the kick off to our Great Give Back! The Great Give Back is a statewide initiative for libraries to provide a day of opportunities for the patrons of the Public Libraries of New York State to participate in meaningful, service-oriented experiences. Our goal this year is to help stock the shelves of our local Salvation Army. To make our day of service more fun for kids, we are offering an opportunity to enjoy a bounce house, if the child brings a canned, or boxed food (find list of items to donate below)!

Suggested Donations for the Salvation Army:
Canned Vegetables, including corn & peas
Canned Fruit
Cereals
Pasta
Rice

This Bounce House will be set up at our Annual Fall Fest on Saturday, October 7th from 11am-1pm. Along with kicking off our Great Give Back efforts we will also enjoy all the things Fall with cider and donuts, crafts and book giveaways for all ages, live music by Bill Nash, and LIVE GOATS!

This event is free and open to the public!
