The garlic is spreading!!! After 18 years of stinking success, Cuba NY is one big festival every year when the Garlic Festival rolls around. This festival draws a big crowd from all over Western New York, Northern Pennsylvania, and beyond. As with most great things, they inspire and support other great things. This Saturday night in Cuba is a perfect example:
