Stephen Mowers is under lock and key at the Allegany County Jail

Another shocking arrest in Allegany County with an Olean NY man charged with felony rape of a child under 13 and felony predatory sexual assault of a child, a class A felony. These crimes if convicted carry up to a 25 year prison sentence.
Steven J Mowers, 28, of Olean was arrested on August 4, 2023 for an incident in Cuba NY that was reported on July 6, 2023. State Police report that Mowers was HELD after the arrest and is now in the Allegany County Jail.
