NYS Police arrest Wellsville and Friendship residents for serious felonies

All those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty

A Wellsville woman is reported to be in the Allegany County Jail after New York State Police lodged seven charges, three of which were felonies. Tracy Murray, 49, was arrested in the Village of Belmont after attempting to outrun police in a stolen vehicle. Murray has permanent revocation of driving priviledges in New York State for driving while intoxicated.

Murray faces misdemeanor charges of Reckless Endangerment, Resisting Arrest, Fleeing an Officer in a Motor Vehicle, and Use of a Vehicle without an intelock device.

Felony chartes are Crimimal Possession of Stolen Property, Aggrevated Unlicensed Operation, and DWAI Drugs. Below are the specific charges filed against Murray:

A Wellsville man was arrested in the village of Wellsville for two felony offenses that are still under investigation by NYS Police. Jerome Hart, 31, of Wellsville was charged with felony rape in the 3rd degree and a felony criminal sex act. The accused was issued a ticket for a future court date for these specific charges:

A Friendship man was charged by state police for two felonies on July 16 for felony burglary and criminal mischief. Kyle Kruger, 32, of Friendship was arrested by authorities for crimes committed in the Town of Friendship. The incident is still pending investigation by NYS Police and Kruger is reportedly held in the Allegany County Jail.
