Andover Police arrest man on Wellsville warrants
All those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in court

Sunday May 21, 2023
Wellsville Police arrested Robert N. Young, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI (Felony) and Moved from Lane Unsafely. The charges stem from a motor vehicle accident that took place on North Main Street. Young was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Young is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30 pm. Additional charges are pending blood test results.

Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 47 of Bolivar, charging him with two counts of Exposure of a Person. The charges stem from two incidents that took place on East State Street on May 18th. Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Fronczak was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 6th at 4:30 pm.
Andover PD nabs man on Wellsville warrants
From the Andover Police Department:
On Tuesday May 23 at 6:36 am the Andover Police Department arrested William P Sherwood age 44 of Andover on warrants issued by Village of Wellsville Court. William has a Bench Warrant for failure to appear on Harassment 2nd charges and a warrant for Criminal Impersonation 2nd. William was turned over to the Wellsville Police Department.
According to the Wellsville Police Department, “Sherwood was also charged with Criminal Impersonation 2nd for an incident that took place on Sunnydale Avenue on May 13th. Sherwood was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Sherwood was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30 pm.”
