Allegany County District Attorney prosecutes Friendship home invasion

Charges:      Burglary 1st (B violent felony);
Assault 2nd (D felony);
Criminal Mischief 3rd (E felony);
Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (A Misdemeanor):
Resisting Arrest (A Misdemeanor)

Court Appearance Date:  April 17, 2022

Proceedings:  Roy W. Austin pled guilty to his top charge of Buglary 1st, a B violent felony, following a home invasion incident in the Town of Friendship.  Austin will be sentenced on June 20, 2023, in Allegany County Court.
