DWI with child in the car, and assualt charges

The Alfred Village Police Department reports the arrest of 19-year-old Lindsay D Moore from Bradford PA, following a traffic stop on N Main Street just after 2am on March 26th. It is alleged that Moore did operate a motor vehicle while intoxicated and have a child less than 15 years of age inside the vehicle. Moore was arrested and charged with Driving while Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving while Intoxicated (E felony) and endangering the Welfare of a child. Moore was processed and released, set to appear in the Village of Alfred Court on a later date.
The Alfred Village Police Department reports the arrest of 19-year-old Levi Hemming of Fort Worth Texas following an investigation into an incident that happened in the early morning hours on March 26th . Hemming was arrested and charged with Assault in the 2nd degree (D Felony). Hemming was processed and released, set to appear in the Village of Alfred Court on a later date.
