NYS Troopers arrest three, fifteen charges total

After a traffic stop in the town of Genesee early Thursday morning, three suspected drug dealers have been arrested. Troopers report the arrest and charges as follows:
JANINE L MCKENNEY AGE: 40
Defendant Address: OLEAN, NEW YORK
Misdemeanor Criminal Impersonation, Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Midemeanor Criminal Use of Drug Paraphenalia, Scales, Misdemeanor Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon w/ previous conviction.
ANDREA E STANCZYKOWSKI AGE: 35
Defendant Address: OLEAN, NEW YORK
Two counts of Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Midemeanor Criminal Use of Drug Paraphenalia: Scales, Misdemeanor Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon w/ previous conviction.
THOMAS R STANCZYKOWSKI AGE: 39
Defendant Address: OLEAN, NEW YORK
Misdemeanor Criminal Impersonation, Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Midemeanor Criminal Use of Drug Paraphenalia, Scales, Misdemeanor Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon w/ previous conviction.
The arrest reported noted that McKenny and Andrea Stanczykowski were given appearance tickets but it was not noted if Thomas Stanczykowski was released or held.
All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
