 As 2022 winds down, Alfred State College (ASC) celebrates the success of the past year. Students continue to impress with their work in and out of the classroom.

Here are highlights of student success from 2022.

·        Alfred State Men’s Swimming & Diving win AMCC Title
·        Pair of Alfred State students win Vanguard Award
·        Team Eco Guys, Inc. wins Startup Allegany Collegiate Competition
·        Sosa honored with the Norman R. McConney Jr. Award for Student Excellence
·        Delianne and Harrigan Honored with SUNY Chancellor’s Award
·        Canfield earns silver medal at SkillsUSA National Championships – Four Pioneers place in top ten
·        History Made: Volleyball team wins AMCC to advance to NCAA Tournament

Hands-on learning, civic engagement, and service to the community are pillars to an Alfred State student’s experience. Here are just a few examples of this from 2022.

·        Sport Management students partner with Buffalo Bills
The three most popular stories on Facebook all revolved around Pioneer students:
