After responding to a domestic dispute Sunday afternoon in the Town of Granger, Amity-based troopers arrested 29-year-old Seth H. Appell of Fillmore. He was charged with felony second- degree strangulation, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief. He was detained pending court action.
From the Village of Angelica Sunday afternoon, state police arrested 62-year-old Tyrone M. Baccile of Big Flats, NY. He was charged with felony criminal possession of stolen property and false personation. He was ordered detained. In another case, Caccile was arrested in the Town of Bath and charged with felony burglary and felony grand larceny.
State Police from Painted Post report the arrest of Stephen P. Speciale, 49, of Corning. He was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief stemming from a domestic dispute. He was released on his own recognizance.
