Giant Food Mart, Park Plaza Liquors, Tractor Supply, Dollar General, and 7-Eleven all hit by thieves

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 55 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at the Giant Food Mart. She was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 6th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 33 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at Tractor Supply. She was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 15th at 4:30 pm.

Sunday November 13, 2022

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 60 of Hornell, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at park Plaza Liquors on November 11th. She was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. The accused is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 20th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a female, age 35 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General on October 30th. She was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 17th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested a female, age 33 of Wellsville, charging her with failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 2nd and other Vehicle & Traffic charges. She was also arrested and charged with Petit Larceny, for an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on August 18th. The accused was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Chase was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 17th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested a male, age 31 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny. The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on November 7th. He was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Justice Walsh. The accused was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 17th at 4:30 pm.
