Allegany Arts Association celebrates 40 years

Thursday night see artworks produced by local artisans and enjoy seasonal refreshments when you attend the Allegany Arts Association’s 40th Anniversary Art Exhibition Reception at the David A. Howe Library.

 The doors of the Exhibition Room will be open from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Throughout the evening there will be music by the Fountain Arts orchestra and a dance performance by the students of Steps Dance Studio.

The eclectic show features over 60 artworks and includes everything from ceramic sculpture to paper objects along with watercolor, acrylic and oil paintings in a variety of styles.

The show is free and open to the public.
