We are excited to announce that we are adding Heather Green, Licensed Massage Therapist to our team! 
Heather will be available for 60 and 90 minute massage on Thursday’s from 2-7 and every other Saturday, starting Thursday November 3rd!

“Since developing an interest in healthcare in high school, I have continued my education throughout the years. I received my massage therapy license shortly after I graduated from FLCC with an A.S.S. for Therapeutic Massage and Integrative Healthcare in 2009. Currently, I am attending Alfred State College to continue my education in Health Sciences.
In over ten years of practicing, I have experience in deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage. I have also done more advanced treatments such as scrubs, wraps, hot stone, and Vichys. I’m a huge fan of aromatherapy and holistic healthcare.
I enjoy massage therapy because it has so many benefits throughout the body. From increasing circulation to decreasing stress and muscle tension. It’s an excellent way to forget about worries for a while and enjoy some time for self-care.”
