New York State Police make felony arrests

Kidnapping, drugs, mischief, and misconduct

State Police report the arrest of David J. Kessler, 49 of West Clarksville. He was charged with second-degree kidnapping, a class B felony. The charge stems from a September 11 incident in Hinsdale. He was initially detained.

Troopers arrested Robert Mack, 52 of Wellsville following an incident in the Village of Wellsville. He was charged with two counts of criminal possession of Meth and criminal sale of Meth; two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Troopers said they are all high-level felonies. He was detained.

After investigating an alleged crime in New Hudson,state police arrested Eric J. Burkhard, 38 of Caneadea. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and felony criminal mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket for court.

State Police arrested 19-year-old Damian Elliot of Cameron Mills. He was charged with sexual misconduct. A court appearance is pending.
