NYS and Pennsylvania State Police makes felony arrests

There were no injuries when two vehicles collided Saturday morning in Fillmore at the intersection of South Genesee Street and East Main Street. State Police listed the drivers as Deborah Case, 65, of Hunt, NY and Raw Nelson, 50, of Kane, PA.
A disturbance call Saturday in the Town of Willing ended with a felony arrest. Amity-based Troopers said they took Kristi L. Sheridan, 38, of Willing into custody. She was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. Sheridan was initially detained.
During a traffic stop in the Town of Granger Saturday, State Police arrested Colin B. Vosburg, 35, of Freedon. He was charged with felony DWI, felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and using a vehicle without an ignition interlock. Vosburg was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court.
Pennsylvania State Police
After investigating an incident in Galeton Borough, Pennsylvania State Police arrested Jamar T. Freeman, 32, of Newark, New Jersey. He was charged with felony strangulation, making terroristic threats and harassment with physical contact. Arraignment by Magisterial District Judge Christopher Dominic Kalacinski, Freeman was remanded to Potter County Jail without bail. According to the Judge: “Bail Action Reason: No residence, no phone, warrants, headed to NJ.” A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 15 at 12:30 p.m.
