Gas Prices in Wellsville

Prices at the pump continue to decline in Wellsville. Saturday morning, the Marathon station reported a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was now $4.56 a gallon. Meanwhile Sunoco and Kwik Fill were at $4.61/gal. The prices have declined nearly everyday in the past week or two. While some argue it is still too high, the fact is, in Wellsville, they are not $4.99 anymore (or for now). One woman who was filling up this morning commented that she commuted to Corning weekdays and that while prices “are still too high,” she is “thankful for any relief.”
