Prescription drug drop this Saturday in Wellsville, one-woman crime spree

All those accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court

Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer E. Green, age 45 of Wellsville, charging her with Trespass. The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on March 22nd. Green was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson and released. Green is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer E. Green, age 45 of Wellsville, charging her with Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony) and Petit Larceny. The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on April 15th. Green was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Green was released under the supervision of the Allegany County Probation Department. Green is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Thursday April 21, 2022

Wellsville Police arrested Jennifer E. Green, age 45 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Trespass 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on Williams Avenue on April 20th. Green was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Green was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail or $10,000.00 property bond. Green is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 3rd at 4:30 pm.

Monday April 25, 2022

Wellsville Police arrested Eric M. Shaffer, age 31 of Ulysses, PA, charging him as a fugitive from justice. Shaffer was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Shaffer was committed to the Allegany County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Kyle J. McAndrew, age 29 of Rexville, for failure to appear in Court on previous Burglary 2nd, Criminal Contempt 1st, Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd charges. McAndrew was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson and released.
