Livingston County Sheriff nabs Allegany County trio with drugs and weapons

Two of the accused are held without bail

Court appearances are pending for three Allegany County residents following their arrests in the Town of Avon. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office said they took into custody 44-year-old Christy L. Graham of Belmont, 65-year-old Lionel C. Carter Sr. of Andover and 31-year-old John H. Finch of Wellsville. 

Each was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor count of drug possession, felony weapons possession and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Graham was held on $1,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.

Carter and Finch were both remanded to jail without bail. All three will appear in court on April 26th
