Wellsville Development Corporation launches fundraising effort, “Pave the Way”

The Wellsville Area Chamber of Commerce (WACOC) and The Wellsville Development Corporation (WDC) have partnered to restore the iconic clock on the corner of Main Street and Jefferson Street in Wellsville. The clock is once again telling time, but did you know it used to chime daily? The original chimes have been located and are in the process of being repaired, but the WACOC and WDC need you to help Pave the Way!

Become part of Wellsville history with your own personalized tribute brick/granite paver. You can choose from two different levels of giving: a 4×8 Brick ($100) or a 8×16 Granite Paver ($200). Your brick/granite paver can be personalized with your choice of name or message or dedicate a brick for a special occasion like an anniversary, birthday or memorial for a loved one. Bricks and pavers can also be inscribed with quotes, organizations or businesses. All bricks/granite pavers will be placed around the iconic clock on the corner of Main Street and Jefferson Street.

Bricks/granite pavers are available through April 30, 2022. To order a brick/granite paver, please stop in the WACOC (114 North Main Street, Wellsville) or order online at: https://wlsvdevelopmentcorp.ticketleap.com/clock-restoration-project/. Fundraiser proceeds will help support the ongoing restoration and future maintenance and care of the clock.
