Julia A. Deichmann 54 of 3161Rt. 244 passed away on Monday February 7, 2022 in the Strong Memorial Hospital Rochester N.Y.

Born on February 14, 1967 in Hornell she was the daughter of Conrad and Beverly Allen Schmidt.

Julia married Charles Deichmann on August 12, 1990 in the Alfred-Almond Bible Church, Mr. Deichmann survives.

Julia was a graduate of Alfred- Almond Central School, class of 1985. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Mansfield PA. University in 1990, and received her Master’s degree in education from Alfred University. Julia began her teaching career as an elementary teacher at the Browing-Pearce School in San Mateo Fl. For three years. Moving back to Belmont 1993 Julia her teaching career at Genesee Valley Central School as an Elementary Teacher for the Past Twenty –Eight Years.

Growing up “Julia was a great swimmer-at times beating the boys in backstrokes-always helping take a win in relays. She did other sports, was a camp counselor in the summer “Julia was an avid supporter of the Belmont American Legion and encouraged student involvement. Surviving in addition to her husband are Four Children. Joshua (Madelyn) Deichmann Buffalo, Michael (Sarah) Deichmann Rochester, Zachary Deichmann Daytona Fl. Alexis Deichmann Daytona FL. Two Brothers. Herbert Schmidt Almond, John Schmidt Frederick MD.

There will be no public services. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
