All those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 21, 2022, Deputies arrested a male, age 34 of Wellsville, on a Family Court warrant out of Allegany County Family Court. Deputies then transported the accused to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned before Justice Szucs with the Public Defender’s Office present. He was then remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $3,000.00 cash bail, $6,000.00 bond or $30,000.00 partial security bond and is to reappear in Family Court during the next available session for additional court action.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 21, 2022, Deputies arrested a male, age 32 of Bolivar, on a Bench warrant issued out of Allegany County Court with the assistance of The New York State Police. Deputies then transported the accused to the Allegany County Jail to be held until the next available County Court session.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 24, 2022, Deputies arrested a male, age 34 of Wellsville, on a Family Court warrant out of Allegany County Family Court. Deputies then transported him to the Allegany County Family Court for arraignment before Judge Parker. The accused was then remanded to the Allegany County Jail on $3,000.00 cash bail or bond. He is to reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court action.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 26, 2022, Deputies arrested a male, age 29 of Scio, on a Violation of Probation warrant issued out of Allegany County Court. Deputies then transported the accused to the Allegany County Jail to be held without bail pending additional court action in Allegany County Court.
