What about “Inky” the cat ?

She has never known life outside the SPCA shelter

I’m Inky, and I could really use a hug. I’ve spent all of my young life at the shelter, and I’m painfully aware that I don’t know what it’s like to have a loving home. All I’ve ever wanted is to love and be loved, but with so many kitties all around me, I somehow keep getting overlooked. My one and only wish is for someone wonderfully kind and loving to see that I’m special too, and that I deserve a great home just like everyone else. If you would like to be the hero to give me the precious gift of adoption, please contact the shelter, submit an application, or stop in to meet me. I just know that we’ll make a purrfect match.

Inky is 7 months old and has resided at the shelter since last July. She is sweet, gentle, laid-back and affectionate and loves both people and kitties. She hasn’t been around dogs but would likely enjoy the company of a friendly pup and she can be dog-tested upon request to confirm.
